Welcome, Prospective Students

BMCC offers both a full-time and a part-time, evening and weekend, Nursing Program for students who wish to become Registered Nurses. Highlights of the nursing curriculum include courses in:

After BMCC

After graduating from BMCC with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Nursing, students are eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN), or they may transfer to a four-year college or university to complete their bachelor's degree in nursing.

The BMCC Nursing Program is accredited by the The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing [ACEN].

Note: Ten seats per semester are allocated to students who are sponsored and qualified members of the 1199 SEIU Training and Upgrading Fund.
