Graduate Homecoming

The purpose of having "Homecoming" is to maintain active communication with graduates, connect alumni, and receive valuable feedback regarding the effectiveness of the nursing program. Within a year after completing the program, most of the graduates have completed the NCLEX-RN licensing examination and are working as a nurse. The return of graduates is a means by which academia can get real work feedback and insight needed for curriculum improvement. The Homecoming event is also a valuable networking tool that allows alumni and current students to make a connection.
