Borough of Manhattan Community College is back. The Panthers, winners of the first five CUNY Athletic Conference Commissioner's Cups and nine overall in the 13 years of the award, won the title of the strongest overall Athletic Program (scoring 54 points) by a mere three points, albeit without a single tournament championship.

BMCC won three of the five CUNYAC Regular Season titles, as men's soccer and both basketball teams enjoyed the best record in Conference play. Then in tournament time those three teams and the women's volleyball squad all played in the CUNYAC Championship game.
