Students Present STEM Research Projects

On Saturday, August 20 in Fiterman Hall, 21 BMCC students presented summaries of their STEM research projects made possible through the Minority Student Engineering Improvement Program (MSEIP) of the U.S. Department of Education.

Guests at the event were welcomed by MESIP Student Research Coordinator and Professor of Mathematics David Allen.

Director of Research Helene Bach also spoke to the students and their mentors, who are professors at BMCC as well as New York City College of Technology (City Tech), CUNY and Baruch College, CUNY.
