Borough of Manhattan Community College Title III Office presents
A Leadership Series:
Using Technology to Teach Mathematics and Science
Welcome to our proceedings website. At this site you will find a summary of the presentations given during an on-going series of workshops that were sponsored by Borough of Manhattan Community College’s Title III Office and generously supported by both the Calculus Consortium for Higher Education and Ohio State University. The series is expected to continue during the 2003-2004 academic year. Image: Molecular Sphere
The Leadership Series workshops focused on innovative and effective uses of instructional technology in the teaching of mathematics and science during the first two-years of undergraduate programs in colleges and universities. The participants were faculty from mathematics and science departments in the New York City region. Each day of the series, participants had lunch together which facilitated networking and the exchange of ideas.
