| Mathematics Lab |
| The lab makes available a number of free services to
students registered in BMCC math classes. This includes tutoring,
which is offered on a drop-in basis. |
The
lab houses a large selection of worksheets as well as make-up tests
and retests for many courses. The lab also stocks an extensive collection
of computer programs and videos. |
The lab is divided into a number
of sections:
the Front Desk, Worksheets, Testing, Administration, Tutoring,
Drop-in Computers, Video, and the Computer Classroom. |
|
| If you sit at the table with the sign for your math
course, the tutor there will be especially experienced in tutoring
this course. Tutor schedules are posted
on bulletin board by the entrance to the lab. |
| Lab tutors wear a name tag, so the students can easily
recognize them. Notice the course sign above each table in the tutoring
area. |
