Administrative Executive Coordinator - VP of Development

Reporting to the Vice President of Development or his designee, the Administrative Executive Coordinator duties including the CUNY Title Overview are:

Serve as primary support for the Vice President of Development.

Prepare, review, and finalize correspondence and reports.

Prepare donors' list and report for managers' review.

Assure quality control on written reports and correspondence.

Responsible for office replenishment and supply.

Assist in managing accounts payable and assist with cash handling responsibilities as needed.

Assist with budget review and OTPS expenditures.

Provide office hospitality and VIP guests.


Provides administrative support to a Campus or University Executive.

Coordinates office operations such as meetings, communications, events, and reports.

Maintains extensive files and records for the unit.

Maintains accurate calendars, schedules, and key dates.

Collects data for, prepares, and distributes reports and presentations using appropriate technology. Runs basic system queries and reports to provide data.

Updates office databases, lists, and files to ensure completeness and accuracy; maintains current information on department web site(s), manuals, and other materials.

Provides clear communications on the Executive's behalf both within and outside the unit.

May perform related duties as assigned; may participate in special projects and efforts to improve unit effectiveness.


Bachelor's Degree required.


Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

A detail-oriented person with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Exhibit independent initiative and good judgment, and work collaboratively with all level administrators.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Salary $39,282 - $60,869
