DUTIES:

The Department of Music & Art at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, CUNY, seeks adjunct candidates to teach undergraduate courses in Studio Arts and Art History in such specialties as Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Photography, Digital Design, and Art History Survey, to art majors and non-majors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

For Adjunct Assistant Professor, Adjunct Associate Professor, or Adjunct Full Professor: Ph.D. degree in Art History or M.F.A degree in Studio Arts in area(s) of experience, or equivalent.

Also required are the ability to teach successfully.

For Adjunct Lecturer: Bachelor’s degree in area(s) of experience, or equivalent.

Also required is the ability to teach successfully.

SALARY:

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
