Public Notary Instructor

Job Description: The instructor will teach Public Notary Course for a Higher Education Institution. Requires a thorough knowledge of organizational procedures and precedents. Must have professional, diplomatic and strong interpersonal skills. Must have ability to operate word processing equipment and/or personal computers.


Job Requirements: Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is desirable Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university or Master Degree preferred Must be able to relate successfully with students and staff of diverse culture, social and educational background. Must have experience in taking affidavits and depositions; Must have experience with receiving and certifying acknowledgments or proof of such written instruments as deeds, mortgages and powers of attorney Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
