DUTIES:

GENERAL DUTIES:
 
Contributes to organizing and administering College fundraising activities.

Manages research of potential funding sponsors

Tracks and analyzes giving trends; prepares financial and ad-hoc reports

Conducts data quality audits

Oversees preparation of fundraising communication materials

Writes grant proposals

Recommends, implements and evaluates fundraising strategies

May supervise office operations and/or department budget

Performs related duties as assigned.


CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION
 
Provides support and confirms preparations for the President's meetings in Fiterman Hall.

Responsibility for development events in collaboration with other members of the development team.

Supports development-related Art and Conference Center activities.

Assists with media, social networking and on-line communications including facebook, twitter, linked-in, etc.

Supports all members of the development team with research preparation; Raiser's Edge data management;, writing proposals, letters and other written collateral as needed; arranging appointments; and general follow up as needed.

Assists with mailings and other projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Bachelor's Degree and four years' related experience required.
 
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
 
Master's Degree preferred

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

Team player

Recent experience and working knowledge of project management, prospect research, Raiser's Edge, social networking, and volunteer coordination preferred

Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and proficiency with internet based research tools including Guidestar preferred

SALARY: $42,873 - $74,133
