| CUNY PORTAL HELP |
| The CUNY portal pulls together resources and information
from across the university: college web sites, information about applying
to CUNY, registering for classes, events, campus directories, etc.
Most importantly, it is through the portal that student's using blackboard
access their course materials. |
| Problems accessing the portal |
| If you are trying to create an account on the portal
and are experiencing problems registering, these are the probable
issues: |
| Some of your information
is enter with an incorrect format |

Social Security Number - make sure
you are entering your the number without any spaces and without
dashes.
ie, 999999999 |

Date of Birth - make sure you enter your date
of birth with a four digit year.
ie, 01/01/1970 |
| If you have entered your information
in the required information and are still having trouble registering,
students should contact the Registrar at (212) 220-1290 to verify
that your information has been entered into the system correctly.
