As part of the College's goal to further develop the support it provides our most important customer - our students - a two-day customer care program for our frontline personnel and their managers/supervisors was developed. Dynamic Customer Care for frontline personnel and its matching program for managers and supervisors, Managing Customer Care, will be offered on an ongoing basis throughout the academic year.
Dynamic Customer Care equips frontline customer care personnel with tools that will enable them to become more skilled at handling routine and challenging situations with students. Managing Dynamic Customer Care will provide managers and supervisors with skills, knowledge, and attitudinal awareness that will enable them to reinforce their team's customer care and interpersonal skills.
