| The Health Services Office provides first
aid treatment, evaluation of medical emergencies, and referral services
on an individual basis when necessary. Health-related counseling can
be done on both a walk-in and appointment basis. Any injuries or medical
emergencies should be referred to the Public Safety Office at 212-220-8080.

| Throughout the year, the Health Services
Office holds workshops on various health-related issues such as breast
cancer, men’s and women's health, sexually transmitted diseases,
asthma, and heart disease. The office also sponsors an annual health
fair each spring, with screenings for cholesterol, diabetes, blood
pressure, weight and fat analysis, as well as information about community
health resources. |

regarding measles, mumps and rubella AND/OR New York State Health
Law 2167 regarding meningitis are requirements
that must be met by all students before registering for classes.
