Executive Vice President - JP Morgan Chase
Christine Larsen is Executive Vice President and head of Process Improvement for JPMorgan Chase. She is also managing the company’s response to the Federal Reserve Bank and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Consent Orders for Mortgage Banking. She serves on the Executive Committee for Chase’s consumer businesses and the Mortgage Banking Executive Committee.
Ms. Larsen has held a variety of leadership positions in operations and technology at the firm. Most recently, she was head of Mortgage Banking Core Servicing at Chase. Before that, she was Chief Operating Officer of Treasury and Securities Services, head of Banking Operations and Technology and head of the Enterprise Program Management organization. In these roles, she was instrumental in driving major projects, reorganizations and transformations, including leading the integrations of Bear Stearns and Washington Mutual with JPMorgan Chase.
She began her career in 1984 at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where she was a senior manager in the financial services practice. In 1994, she joined Smith Barney, and her leadership roles there included leading Citigroup's Global Operations for Corporate and Investment Banking. She also managed Global Client Delivery for the Global Transaction Services business.
Graduating with distinction from Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, and completing her master’s degree in information studies at Syracuse University, Christine now serves as a trustee at Syracuse.
She lives in New Jersey with her husband and their two daughters.
