The fitness center provides many options of cardiovascular exercise to get your heart rate up and to improve oxygen intake. Many cardiovascular machines help you lose or maintain weight, and help you build endurance so you can remain active for a longer period of time. The BMCC Fitness Center offers a variety of options, including:

  • 3 Precor Open Stride Adaptive Motion Trainer
  • 4 Precor Elliptical Trainers
  • 2 Precor Upright Bikes
  • 2 Gauntlet Step Machines
  • 1 Concept 2 Rower

The BMCC Fitness Center offers students total conditioning that features resistance training equipment to help individuals strengthen and tone, build mass and expand endurance. The fitness center offers many options, including:

Free Weights

The BMCC Fitness Center also includes a wide selection of free weights that are useful for building strength, speed, flexibility, balance and muscle mass. Weight lifters of all skill levels can benefit from the use of free weights, provided that they train with proper form at all times and understand the function and limitations of this type of equipment. The BMCC Fitness Center offers many free weight options, including:

  • Half Rack
  • Plate loaded Smith
  • Angled Leg Press
  • Arm Curl
  • Assorted Dumbbells and Olympic Weight Plates
  • Olympic Flat and Incline Bench
