*All timesheets must have your supervisor's authorized signature and be delivered to the Office of Financial Aid (Rm N-340) by U.S. mail, inter-office mail or by faxing to (212) 220-2368 by the close of business on the day indicated.

**If you have elected either the CUNY prepaid card or direct deposit payment options, you will have your funds added to the card or deposited to your direct deposit account on the indicated date. If you have not chosen either of the electronic payment options, your work-study check will be mailed to you on the indicated date.

-	You may only be paid for hours actually worked.
-	You and your supervisor are responsible for making sure you do not exceed your budgeted FWS award.
-	Your work period is not to exceed 15 hours per week while classes are in session.
-	You are required to take a minimum unpaid work break of 30 minutes after working 5 consecutive hours.
-	You may not work during your scheduled class times.
