DegreeWorks system is a road map which provides you with details about the courses and requirements you have taken and those which are still required for graduation. An extensive, interactive help file is available to help you understand your audit information. Once you have accessed your audit, click on the DWHelp button available on the upper right hand corner of the audit screen.

Issues

  • Unable to log-on to the system - Please refer to the CUNY Portal FAQ's
  • Forgotten User ID or PIN - Please refer to the CUNY Portal FAQ's
  • Explanation of your audit - Send an e-mail to dwhelp@bmcc.cuny.edu or see an academic advisor.
  • Questions regarding the course requirements for a major - Send an e-mail to dwhelp@bmcc.cuny.edu or come to the Registrar's Office.
  • General questions - Send an e-mail to dwhelp@bmcc.cuny.edu. The DegreeWorks team will either respond to your question or direct it to the appropriate office.
  • For more in-depth information login to DegreeWorks and click on the DWHelp button.

General Reminders:

  • Any matriculated student who has been enrolled within the last year has access to DegreeWorks.
  • Updates to your records, such as grade changes, will not appear immediately. It should appear on your record on the next day.

Log In:

  • Use your CUNY Portal Username and Password to login to DegreeWorks. If you already have and know your CUNY Portal Username and Password click here to LOGIN.  Once logged in click "Student Advisement/DegreeAudit" under "SSO Applications for Students."  Then click "View Audit" button to see your own personalized DegreeWorks audit.
  • If you do not have a User name and Password, click here to create one
