Spring 2018 De-Stress Fest runs from Tuesday, April 24 through Thursday, May 3. BMCC will be offering a variety of activities to help BMCC students de-stress as finals approach.

The events will be at 199 Chambers Street.

Tuesday, April 24

  • SGA International Expo: Enjoy foods and performances of a variety of cultures.
    (1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., Richard Harris Terrace (Main Lobby)

Wednesday, April 25

  • Life Beyond BMCC: Explore options for what is next.
    (10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Richard Harris Terrace (Main Lobby)

Monday, April 30

  • Chair Massage: Stop by for a relaxing 10 minute neck and back massage for free! .
    (1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., outside Room S-350)
  • Relaxation Spa: Take a break from studying and learn some relaxation techniques..
    (3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Room S-341)

    Event will be from Hudson Park from North Moore Street to Leroy Street and back; starts at North Moore St.
    Registration required.

  • Stress Reduction Workshop: Learn techniques to reduce your stress

  • Art Therapy: Let your creative juices flow! Paint, color, drawer and relax
    (3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Room S-341)

Look out for extended hours in the Library, Learning Resource Center and Computer labs.
