    The goal of BART is to minimize the likelihood of personal and community crisis situations. The BART is designed to support and empower members of the BMCC community to identify and report student behavior that is contrary to our educational environment. Please know the success of this process relies on community commitment to reporting concerns.

    As a faculty or staff member, you have the ability in the keeping a look out for our students. You have the most contact time with our students and are a great resource to report concerns regarding students to those that can assist them in overcoming some roadblocks at BMCC and ensure their success. This system is set up to assist you to report such concerns.

After hours, students can speak to an after-hours crisis counselor by calling (212) 220-8140 and pressing “2”.
