Are you ready for college? CUNY has teamed up with the Department of Education to provide NYC high school students a chance to experience the richness of college life!

College Now at BMCC gives highly motivated high school students like you an opportunity to start earning college credits now. Offering introductory level courses on weekdays, evenings, and even Saturdays, you can begin exploring a future major, perhaps journalism or sociology or learn about subjects you may not have studied before, like psychology or philosophy.

As a College Now student, you will attend classes with regular college students. Courses are taught by dedicated BMCC faculty who expect the same level of commitment and involvement from you as they do from their other students. You will be responsible for your own success because you will be well prepared to handle the demands of a college work load.

Whatever classes you choose, you'll get to spend time on our campus; enjoying access to our extensive facilities--library, Learning Resource Center, computer labs, fitness center, and have the opportunity to mix socially and academically with college students from a variety of backgrounds. Along the way, you gain experience, confidence, and inspiration — a great start for any student gearing up for college!
