CLEP

CLEP- the College Level Examination Program – created by the College Board- allows students to demonstrate college-level achievement through a series of exams in undergraduate college courses. There are currently 2,900 colleges that grant credit and/or advanced standing for CLEP exams. BMCC is an open testing center and administers all 33 computer-based exams in its secure testing laboratory. Exams are generally scheduled every Thursday. Students must reserve their space ahead of time to guarantee a slot.

Please be advised that the CLEP registration process has changed. Test takers now need to purchase exams online at the following website: www.collegeboard.org/clep before coming to test. Please Note:

1. 2 forms of ID are required 1 state issued ID (Passport, Drivers or Non-Drivers ID (non-expired)
2. Picture ID (school ID, Naturalization etc.)
3. Students must arrive 1/2 hour prior to your appointment.
