Course Listings CHE 120 Fundamentals of Organic Chemistry 4 crs. 3 hrs. 3 lab hrs. This is an introduction to the chemistry of carbon compounds. The lecture emphasizes structure and bonding, reaction mechanisms, synthesis, stereochemistry and applications to biological chemistry. The laboratory experiments illustrate the lecture topics.
