Interview Preparation

Interview 101:

Congratulations! You have now been invited to interview for a position at XYZ Company. Now what?

You now want to prepare for the interview. Make sure you allow sufficient time to practice, practice, practice!

Start with the job description. Make sure you can respond to the items listed. Take time to assess your strengths, skills, and accomplishments related to the position.

Preparing to convey ability, motivation, strength of character and commitment requires having a well thought out plan and strategy. Our Career Advisors can help you prepare for your interview and practice with a mock interview.  You can reflect on your performance and obtain valuable feedback on areas that need improvement.
