Together parents and the Center for Career Development staff can help students find their way during the transition from college to the world of work.
We have numerous on-going programs and activities designed to help students make more informed career-related choices and decisions.
We provide comprehensive services to students, including assisting them with preparing for an interview, gathering company/employer related information, proofreading and upgrading their resume, organizing their job search and taking career and skills assessments (Career Zone, Self-Directed Search, and the Strong Interest Inventory) and much more.
It is our hope that by making you aware of the services we offer, we can count on you to encourage your children to take advantage of the services we provide.
Sincerely,
Melba Olmeda-Amaro, Director
Center for Career Development
