Attitude
Attitude, more so than job knowledge, is the most important factor that search panels look for when considering potential candidates. Interviewers are looking for not only someone who has specific skills but someone that will be easy to work with.

Always get across to the interviewer that you are:

Willing to learn.
Don't try to learn a new job too quickly.
Never pretend you know something that you don't.
You can also learn from other workers.
Be willing to work.
Always be willing to do what is asked of you.
Learn from your mistakes.
Never try to blame someone else for your mistakes.
Get along with other employees.
Try to stay calm on the job.
Don't lose your temper.
Don't try to tell other employees how to do their work.
Be willing to help new employees who are learning.
Be careful about mixing your job and personal relationships.
Try to find ways to do your job better.
Always be willing to help other employees.
