A workshop on how to recreate woman's (art) history within the constraints of our male-dominant Western society that traditionally limited the visibility of women. Using visual and written prompts, we will work with each other on how to constructively "read" women into the past and consider how such an exercise broadens our understanding of the social fabric of the past, and the limitations of such an endeavor.
