Internship Orientation offers information about BMCC’s experiential learning & internship programs, including courses for credit and class structure; important contacts for each department; how to register for an internship class; an intern’s rights in the workplace; best practices; and internship labor laws.
This orientation will also guide participants in developing better criteria for evaluating the quality of an internship, and locating valuable resources for more information and assistance. A Q & A portion will allow all your questions to be answered.
This orientation is a pre-requisite to register for an internship course. Orientation is held multiples times each semester and online.
