First our Student Health Club will introduce healthy habits that will help enhance your quality of life.
Directly afterward you can workout with Gerren Liles, “The People’s Trainer” from 3:30 – 4:00 pm.
Our guest trainer, Gerren Liles is an Equinox trainer, Reebok One Ambassador, and one of the most recognized personal trainers in the city. He has been featured on television, print, and various web channels and he is coming to BMCC to introduce our faculty and staff to his Vision Fitness philosophy.
Take a break and make time for yourself to come and enjoy a fun, but serious workout.
