PAYMENT OPTIONS
Settling your bill can be done in one or more of the following ways:
a. By paying tuition and fees in full with financial aid;
b. By paying tuition and fees with cash, check, or money order;
c. By using interest-free Tuition Pay monthly payment plan;
d. By arranging for a hardship deferral;
e. By a Third Party Voucher from your employer;
Obtain a voucher from your employer and present it at the time of registration to defer your tuition. Third party vouchers are applicable only when the college is authorized to directly bill the company. Employee reimbursement plans are not considered third party.
f. By obtaining a Veteran's Deferral.
Students who have not made an effort to settle their bills by the due date will have their registration cancelled. In order to ensure that class reservations for the semester, try to complete your registration and bill settlement as soon as you can but NO LATER THAN THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE ASSIGNED DUE DATE.
When paying by:
Cash: Please be sure that you receive a computerized receipt showing the amount paid at the time of bill payment. Please keep the receipt as it is your only evidence that you made payment.
Check/ Money Orders: Checks and money orders should be made payable to "BMCC." You may also pay online by e-check.

Students whose checks are returned by their bank will be subject to $15.00 reprocessing fee and a $15.00 non-payment service fee, and will be required to make all subsequent payments by cash or certified check.

Credit Cards : The college does not accept credit cards at the Bursar's office. Credit card payments (MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS) may be made online. Please note that a non-refundable convenience fee is charged by the vendor for online card (credit and debit) payments.
Students settling a prior semester balance to obtain clearence for registration, transcripts, or readmission must make payment via cash or certified check.
