A Certificate of Residence is issued by your home county. Filling this form with the Bursar will eliminate the non-resident tuition charge. Failure to provide a B-81 will result in your being charged non-resident rate. This charge is non refundable.
To obtain a B-81:

2. Have it NOTARIZED.
3. Present the notarized request, plus two items of proof of residency* to your local county clerk. The clerk will issue you a B-81.
