Students required to take remedial
courses may not register for any HIT course until all remediation
is satisfactorily completed. |

Students transferring into the HIT program must
have attained a GPA of 2.0 or above. |
| 3. |
Faculty may assign a grade of “F” or “U” for
excessive absences in any course |
| 4. |
In order to satisfactorily complete course
and degree requirements, students must pass
ALL HIT courses with a minimum grade of “C +” or 77-79. |

Students who fail any HIT course may repeat
such course ONLY ONCE and must pass the course with a minimum
grade of "C +" in order to proceed in the program
sequence. |
| 6. |
Students who have received grades of “C“ or
below including “INC”, “ABS”, “Z” or “PEN”
may not proceed into the next semester’s sequence of courses. The student
MUST withdraw from those courses.
This means that if the student receives a grade of “C”, "C-", “D+”, “D-“,
the student will be effectively out of the program and will not be permitted
to reenter until the next year. |

Any act of academic dishonesty will result
in the assignment of a course grade of either “F” for
a didactic course or “U” for a clinical course. |
