Alcatel telephone training sessions:

There are currently no training sessions scheduled.

You have the option of calling the Help Desk at x.8379 or e-mailing them at helpdesk@bmcc.cuny.edu to find out about any training.

Upon placing your reservation with the Help Desk, please remember:

1. Each individual MUST make their own reservation

2. You should have your time preference(s) available prior to your call

3. There are NO GROUP reservations

4. The 12PM to 1PM slot will be excluded for lunch allowance.
