GRADING SYSTEM
AUD Grade
"AUD" appears on transcript when a course is not taken for credit or for a grade.
To audit a course students must:
Obtain permission from the department chairperson.
File an application with the Registrar’s Office at the time of registration for the course.
Complete regular registration procedures.
Pay required tuition and fees. Once classes have begun, students cannot change a course from audit status to credit status or from credit status toaudit status. Credits in audited courses are not counted for financial aid.
Students must comply with attendance and punctuality regulations.
